Home Control is a networked remote control for multimedia programs. The program consists of two parts: server and client. The client program is installed on Pocket PC, which communicate with the server via WiFi network. The server receives commands from the Pocket PC and control multimedia programs using command line parameters or SendMsg Windows function. The Pocket PC can browse, search and play multimedia files on the server. All program names, file extensions, controls, command line and SendMsg parameters are included in the config.ini file and can be configured with Home Control Setup program.

However, due to bugs in Microsoft .NET Compact 2.0 this does not register correctly that you can "go back". However, there is a workaround, which is to go to another tab and then return. This then registers correctly.

Bandswitch is a little program for Windows Mobile. It's specially designed for HTC devices with UMTS and HSDPA support but any PDA with GPRS is allowed.

If your device support UMTS it allows you to quickly switch between bands and close idle connections.

Take control of your connections:
- Enable and disable connections. Disabling connections makes imposible to use them so you know they wont generate traffic data.
- Stablish and close connections.
- Set a time frame where connections wont be allowed (ie, when you are sleeping) saving money and battery.

In main screen you can:
- Switch to auto mode.
- Switch to GPRS mode.
- Switch to UMTS without time limit or for few minutes (5, 10, 30, 60, 120). When the ellapse finishes the program will switch to GPRS again.
- Enter you SIM PIN so you wont have to enter it each time you switch the band.
- Close iddle connections. The program will close any connection that hasnt data traffic in X seconds.
- There is a tray icon where you will the see the current state (GRPS, UMTS, Auto) and It's used to bring front the panel. Update Description:
