When Gucci opened its Chinese flagship store of 2000 square meters in the diamond location of shanghai, Chinese Company didn’t say yes. And the data that they offered showed that the area of its store in Henglong was just 900 square meters. What’s more there was no news showing they planned to expand store.

In fact, under the background of economy crisis, the capital situation of this Italy brand is not so good. Due to the falling of the sale volume last year the capital that can be used in Prada’s hand is not so many. But the cost is rising so the situation becomes worse. After the reforming of the 1.6billion dollars in this April they can get the capital to expand new store. Last year Prada had opened 20 stores, which included London OUTLETS, Los Angeles and Kuala Lumpur. They also did exhibition center in Soul.
